I’m basing my prototypes from the last event. You’re setting yourself up for unrealistic expectations if it’s from the headsculpt update post a couple months back. It’s because none of their prototypes looked exactly like that to begin with. The paint is different for example.

Robert Pattinson is a difficult person to model in general, the Inart to me personally has been the closest. If none of them are close to you what is then? Just curious.

Also check this, Yixie that does HT headsculpts sometimes did not get the likeness very close to Pattinson either. He does a great job usually, but me personally HT or Inart did better. Overall you get what I mean.

If we’re basing from the very early V1 prototype, this is an upgrade since Pattinson’s chin was too exaggerated to begin with. People didn’t like it because they’re judging from the wrong photos. There are other photos where Pattinson’s jaw is as big but we’re talking about Pattinson during 2022.

I always assumed Yixie was a girl, no?

WOW! See how easy it was to just take Batman out of the box, futz him a bit, and snap some pictures? Even these simple shots show off the figure better than InArt's final product reveal. That's a pretty incredible Pattinson likeness.

I just don’t see that the final product and the advertised ones are same. They are not close except the suit proportions
Sorry but I'm just not seeing any difference in the sculpt from the "After" update that they showed. I think it's quite literately the same sculpt. Only difference between these photos is lighting, camera lens differences, angle of the shot and the angle of the sculpt itself.

I think you set yourself up to this extreme level of expectation that would have never been met no matter what they showed you.

Obviously i have higher expectations because they are much skilled company than HT.

But damn, you posted the perfect comparison. I can see the nose mouth and everything changing literally. It’s ok man. You don’t have to convince me.

I am happy that you guys liked the sculpt and are excited to get it.

For me, i will wait and see which one to get.

I got the HT for 225USD. Inart one is 305USD. These are Malaysia prices. So yeah i will wait and decide🥳

sometimes i can't tell if what you're saying is satire lol but sure, you can rank batman lower than joker and pennywise (somehow) when they have more obvious issues that you seem to might not notice or you weren't collecting at the time. pennywise has obvious proportional issues and shoddy tailoring when people swap the inart heads onto the hot toys body and clothes because of how dirt cheap it is, since HTs decided to overproduce it.

joker has obvious PERS issues that they omitted entirely for batman/bruce. tailoring isn't the greatest either. the coat itself is way too broad and has no proper shape to it
If we're going to list all the inaccuracies with their Joker, we're going to sit here a while. Still an amazing figure by it's own right and I love it. But Batman beats it for sure on the replication scale.

Is this new Batman figure confirmed to have separate rolling eyeballs?

@Hologram AI is absolutely right bro. It's the same sculpt if you liked and wanted this particular version. I also think it's just the lighting and lens issue here.

Yes maybe. But atleast i can easily tell the lips have been changed. But yeah bro. Let me check all the reviews thoroughly and get to decide either Batman or Bruce Wayne 🥳🥳🥳

So am I allowed one nitpick? Just one?

I wish the eyes on the cowled sculpt were more squinted and the pupils had been more dilated. Every shot for the most part in the film/promotional material had his eyes like that. His left eye is more of a lazy eye too vs the right eye and this sculpt doesn’t capture that.

No? Okay, I’ll see myself out.

I love this thing.
I thought so as well about the squint, I agree. Maybe they'll give us a squinting eyelids function one day, lol (I joke, but that would be dope).

Would be cool lol.

I have been wanting to pose him looking down this whole time and I think it’d be better with an option like that 🤣

I just think this would’ve benefited from slightly squintier eyes. Would’ve gone a long way.
