Inart working very hard for 6 months just to see “Headsculpt is bad” comments.

I'm curious. How many people ordered the rooted version? Because now most of the comments are focus in how the hair looks. As a standard and sculpted buyer I really don't care about those problems or delays that versions can have tbh. To me, the sculpted from that photos looks good, plus I care a lot more for the masked one. So wondering if those people that ordered rooted are a majority or are people that are only looking all this comments and only worried about release/shipping date news.
Like you, I went for the Standard (and Bat Signal). No plans on displaying it without the cowled look and no intention of assembling a Drifter look as well. Mostly, I’m a one figure per character type of collector and I usually go for the more definitive and important look for the character. I guess I’m very frugal in that sense, but it works for me. I don’t want to overrun my place with a bunch of figures, nor spend unnecessarily (imo).

Me personally, if it meant saving some extra cash, I’d have opted for a basic set without the Bruce portrait.

The sculpt looks great to me; it’s all about fixing the hair.

Maybe you feel the same and are just using ‘sculpt’ to describe the head as a whole, which seems to be a common trend.
I’ve just seen too many ‘they’ve ruined the sculpt’ posts that don’t quite compute since I personally think the actual sculpt, detail and definition, expression, paint apps and eyes are all a triumph.

They’ve clearly botched the hair application and styling though, which throws the whole thing off- but I still prefer to be specific about my gripes.
Sculpt good. Head as a whole- not so good.
Yup, I use the term to reference "the whole". My gripes are mainly with the hair, and I think that could make all the difference. Although I do think the jawline might be off, but I'm reserving judgement. Hard to say at the moment.

I wish InArt would’ve sent one of these to Justin so he could blast it with white light with a fisheye lense while reviewing it. I think that would’ve alleviated a lot of concerns.
He technically did with the prototype. Lol He'll probably do it now with the final, there is so many better reviewers who know how to make better lit videos. I am toys is one of them that comes to mind.

He does it with everything. He did it with Gandalf as well using his ****** light box lighting. Even Sideshow does a better job in their unboxing videos with their lighting.

Wah wah wah

If I am toys cut all the “uhhhhs” and “ums” out of his videos they’d be 1/6th the runtime. Jedha Patrol looks and sounds like a 12-year-old trying to sneak into an R-rated movie. DeanKnight constantly slipping into his “southern accent” and repeating “yep looks pretty good” 97 times so he can try to stretch the runtime for ad revenue…they all have flaws.

Instead of turning these threads into hate for Justin once a month maybe you all should try making your own channel and do it better. Then you can have fun watching everyone s*** on you for no reason.

I'm struggling with the size of the stitches around the armor plating - monstrously disproportionate for 1/6 scale :(

I don’t know about you but this seems as accurate as it can be already, the rhythm is a double stitch pattern so from far away it should barely be visible. They should be praised for even doing more stitching than HT.
