This turned out better then the promo pics imo, the weathering and washes makes it pop

Got mine last week from Sideshow, it really is a good looking figure.

Umbralievable detail on this figure.

Was on the fence with this one but fomo after sideshow fiasco i picked up one from TBA and very happy with my purchase. Definitely a fine addition to my clone squad, even picked up the custom lego figure to match.

Found a nice little footstool for my Umbra…

This guy just jumps off the shelf. I think because we’re so used to blue, red and plain clones, but that yellow and black just pops.

I still hate the pauldrons, but this has been a thing since Jesse last year and something I’ll just have to deal with for future ARCs.

I prefer Sideshows ARC pauldrons. And their ARC helmets too. But this Ubra Trooper still looks great

Agreed, their pauldrons are bad. Hard plastic (reworked design) would have worked better, since I believe those are in pleather. Might be mistaken. When looking at old Sideshow clones I can’t avoid noticing the incremental improvements made with every clone iteration. From that ugly rubber-like material to a fabric undersuit; retooled phase I/II helmets; better paint applications and so on. Their stormtrooper was atrocious though.

More development and improvements in HT’s clone design would be nice. This figure is really nice.

This works as a limited figure as a no lore videogame character but at 1500 only it seems mean/money left on the table. Off the top of my head other 1500 editions are the black arena Boba Fett, WB100 wonder woman, president Loki and comic style Iron man and probably a couple other iron dudes.

I get all those except this trooper and wonder woman set at only 1500, lots of people army build and collect clones and WW prices are stupid on the aftermarket, even the artisan line are all within 2500-4000 so far and this trooper should probably been released within that range, 1500 is so low it for sure is snubbing a lot of clone/army collectors.

I look at it more as a nameless character and less an army building piece. He can be attached to any other Battalion of the GAR but operates independently.

The fact he has 3 helmet options means many folk want 3 to build a squad. Sort of an army builder

I see them more as a different helmet for each Phase. I guess the Commander helmet is supposed to be representing Phase II, though I still see 1.5 as the best for that.

Doesn't change the fact that folk want all 3 on display. 4 if you count the macro binoculars option. Folk want multiple, they are lucky if they can get just 1 at all.

This ought to be the way for ANY clone they produce, including some bare clone heads. If HT wants to rake in easy money, easier than what they presently get anyway, issuing ‘deluxe kits’ with multiple styles of helmets, pauldrons, packs, weapons, and portraits would make them rich(er) and I dare say popular

I plan on posing mine with Boba Fett repaint. I dont why but they would be pals.

Now, finally I'd like to get my hands on this figure. Not gonna happen, but...

I dunno where you find economies of scale when your run is like 500 pieces or whatever, but hey. You do you HT

Best bet is mainland China sellers. Star Wars is not as popular there so the figure should be more available and cheaper than the West. If you have friends in China they may be able to help you score one on somewhere like Taobao

Several available brand new for about USD 385 in Hong Kong. No interest in it myself.
