WTF is he meant to be thinking here? He looks like he's not sure if he **** his pants, but he's too afraid to check.

WOW!! This has got to be the most realistic head sculpt I’ve seen. I had to do a double take it looks like a real photo of Hayden.

In general I'm extremely bored of any angry/serious expression, they're done to death unless for a specific scene for a statue or so. Much prefer other expressions like grinning emperor, closed eye Yoda or smirking captain Jack Sparra. Do you ferr detah?

Yeah, this looks exactly like he did in Ahsoka - like an older HP (with a bit of de-aging) wearing his CW outfit. IMO his features are much too soft to be Anakin from the CW era. I was never sure what they intended on Ahsoka - to show him how she remembered him or how she imagined he’d look in her present. Either way I prefer v1.0 as well. But then I recently got him + STAP for 35% off with $5 shipping so what else am I going to say?

Now that this is up hopefully we get Ezra next. And by next I mean after whichever Power of the Dark Side characters they’re planning to give us.

I think it’s safe to say that HT has definitely upped their game. Especially with this Ahsoka line.

That being said, as good as this looks, it’s a little too scene specific for me.

It looks exactly like him, it makes the last version looks more like a plastic toy, this looks like they shrunk his head. It's unreal.

But the expression is wierd. Yes, he makes that face, but it's not one I would want on display, and honestly looks creepy next to Ahsoka. I know anakin is a child killer, but I hope he isn't something else based on the way he looks at young ahsoka

My consideration for getting this is that the current Clone Wars Anakin's expression looks very similar to ROTS Anakin. Even though the expression on this is a bit odd, it's at least different and would stand out in a display. I don't think this is a day one PO for me but I'm definitely considering it. The sculpt is pretty spot on to the de-aged Hayden...

Yes I might pick up the sculpt down the line to (on occasion) swap it out with the v1.0, but with all the OT/Mando/Obi-Wan/Ahsoka figures I have on pre-order I really don't have room for two Anakins - especially two with the same outfit.

I think this is the only figure from Ahsoka line that’s temping to me, but even then I would just want the sculpt to slap on CW version. We shall see

Expression looks great in a scene like this.
I wont be getting it but I think HT's did a good job , nice to see a different expression rather than serious all the time. Thats also some of the best sculpted hair I've seen in a while.

This my friends is why hot toys always sculpts neutral faces.

I just want those Lightsaber deflecting effects for the Anakin I have. Does anybody make/sell those custom?

I think if you tilt the head down and the eyes slightly up, it would look like a confident battle swagger. That screams CW Anakin. Well done HT. I'm definitely considering this.
