Agreed. The whole point of these boards is discourse about figures and releases. There's no harm in people critiquing and speculating. I think the pushback is because so many collectors on facebook get real childish about it and start hurling insults and hyperbole around like "worst release ever" "inart is already FAILING" or "only IGNORANT people like this" yada yada. Just juvenile crap.
Sort of reminds me of how ppl were constantly calling out the InArt rooted TDK Joker 2 pack as if it was a singular regular figure that cost $1k
This.I still think the photos they released so far look better than the HT version. Can the hair be better futzed or shorter? Yeah, but I think the sculpt looks way more lifelike.
In terms of the 3D model itself and sculpt both of these are great. I slightly like the HT model more, but technical factors such as paint, stubble, and even redness of the eyes for example inart takes it to a new level. I don't see any softness degredation.
