Still on point.
Nope definitely no. Just look at their promotional images and compare. Likeness is subjective but atleast itโ€™s no where near either of these images

Love the fact you said โ€˜no and noโ€™ and then said itโ€™s subjective and then said itโ€™s nowhere near those images. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Looks great to me.

Happy for you. The initial impressions are super bad for me. But i will wait until i see the cowl

From that angle it looks better.

Let's see the masked head now !

i think the main problem with the rooted hair is how much volume he has on the sides, especially on the right side.

these companies are adamant on adding so much hair because they're afraid we're gonna pluck him bald

Yeah I agree, but it's better to have more than not enough.
It's rooted hair so it means we can modify it if not happy with it.

I don't know. I'm past the point of getting overly frustrated, or even surprised. But I'm not liking the sculpt so far. Maybe it's the hair. I need to see more photos.

I'm also concerned because they thought this would be the best sample to show. We've seen with their Jokers how varied the hair can be in terms of volume, styling, color, and consistency.

We need more closeup shots to really verify. But so far it looks great. Promotional shots always look different from final product. Even HT always end up looking smoother by 20%.

This is a really fantastic final product so far.

No one else mentioned so far, but the sculpted hair is more brown colored than their last protos. Great for the people who ordered sculpted ๐Ÿคž

All good. Same, the cowl is the big decider for me.

Smoothening out i agree. Even joker got like 10-20 percent smoothened out. But yeah i am heavily disappointed. Will wait for big breda review though. The most important thing is the cowl. Bruce Wayne figure will be an easy pass

I definetly agree with you, we need more pictures.
I think their choices of pics are definetly not the best, they could've done a much better job at lightning and angles to avoid all the complaining that this will get.

just at this scale, its hard to manage mass produced. custom hair? no problem. like your head from mus, he can get it thin and be more detailed. i just cant see large scale factory work doing it.

id personally like less hair on my products, but i know the rest of the casual collector base might not especially when they might worry how to even handle a rooted sculpt
