Contacted them today and they applied the rewards to my account manually.

One possible reason why the rewards were not applied was because I registered in those events one directly after the other so they both entered my account at the exact same minute.

If the same situation happens again in the future I’ll be sure to wait a few minutes between promotions.

Someone in the chat during the Bingo mentioned they hadn't received any of the rewards from the last event, and that their emails had gone ignored.

Rob said he'd mention it to the person who's supposed to monitor the [email protected] email.

Seems he did, because I finally received the $10 from 14th February a little while ago.
