I seriously doubt it. Not as an exclusive anyway. Unless they rebuild the game from the ground up using a different engine, which I don’t see them doing. All the assets are already there and in place, which allows them a seamless transition into producing sequels.
The first game took forever to make, the second one about half as long? We will see part 3 in three years, four at the very latest and I’d be quite surprised. It could end up being a split console release like part 1, where the PS5 got Intergrade not long after part 1 came out.

While I’m sure a 1:1 remake would be nice, continuing the continuity of the original FFVII universe is what they chose and I feel like it offers something more interesting for existing fans of the franchise who already played the original, while still being a pretty close parallel to that game. And fans who might not have ever played that get something truly unique as well.
Unlike with the Resident Evil 3 remake, I do not feel like the complaints are warranted with FFVII. It’s not supposed to be a 1:1 remake, whereas RE3 was clearly in line to be as acccurate as possible to the source. That didn’t happen though. If anything, FFVII Remake and Rebirth are supposed to be a love letter to the fans and the original game. It’s a sequel to the FFVII saga, which would have ended with Advent Children, were it not for these games.

I really wanted the FanArts Tifa, I think the details are amazing, but I couldn’t justify the price and most of all the space. The face was a downside but not too big of a deal.
Instead I opted for a Mercari purchase of the Kuji Tifa prize via Buyee for 120 dollars. I like the pose and the size and the details are fine, imo

Secondary market prices are way too high for this figure, as well as the Cloud. Going to wait until they get an overseas release.

I got mine for 100 dollars + shipping, and considering the Square Enix European Store prices, I think that's a fair price instead of having to wait for X amount of months/years and still have to pay a premium with expensive shipping anyway.
