So it looks like this House Atreides Combat Knife I’ve circled from the AugToys figure is not included with the InArt.
Does Paul actually carry it in the movie?

The Prime 1 statue includes it and the McFarlayne figure gives Paul two of them as well as the Crysknife.

Edit:
He’s wearing it when they go out in the Ornithopters and find the damaged spice harvester.

Edit 2:
Looks like InArt even originally intended on including the combat knife as they displayed the prototype with it at two different shows.

Might be the knives that he uses during his combat training with Gurney? He picks up two small knives on the table during that scene but you never get a good look at them. He never uses them again beyond that.

i'm fine with InArt excluding this and including three times as many accessories that we see him use

Popcultcha (Australia) finally has this up. As such I can source it cheaper locally after member discounts, rather than getting it direct. But obviously I’ll miss out on the exclusive. But the difference is only about $22-36 USD.

interested to see what discounts you got - it's around 80AUD more expensive on popcultcha

So after many people mentioned it. InArt are considering adding Dune 2 accessories to this figure as add on releases which includes a second sculpt with blue eyes (rooted or sculpted) the different khaki robes and smaller accessories seen in Part 2.
i'd be down - this would also set a great precedent

There’s approx. 0 chance they add another sculpt for no additional cost :lol

An upgrade pack with Part 2 robes and a few extra accessories would be cool, depending on cost of course. They also did end up adding the Strider cloak for Aragorn after hearing feedback I believe.

I don’t know that I’d shell out for an entirely separate rooted sculpt just for the blue tinted eyes though. Maybe they can develop a new system for swap outs on the movable eyes lol.

I suppose it depends on the look people want. I don’t mind personally as the figure looks amazing and the quantity of accessories allows for multiple display options

I imagine a slight blue wash to the eyes would fix it and if they just included the extra two tone robe and maybe the water of life flask it would be the perfect edition (potentially ☺️)

Now there's an idea worth considering. A few extra robes and a set of blue eyes and boom, there's our Lisan Al Gaib achieved at minimal cost. A whole other rooted sculpt will add £100 to the already £400+ figure. I quite want a really strong reason to buy this and making it an al encompassing Dune parts 1 & 2 deluxe package would win me over.

I thought people in here cared for accuracy lol. If they do this, the Part 2 Paul look wouldn’t be accurate. That’s a fact.

Edit: I feel like licensing would prevent something like this, but if INART actually does this, I’d be incredibly disappointed in them. You’d essentially have a kitbash Part 2 Paul as a licensed official product. That ain’t right.

I think it'll be more on this that may highly prevent it from happening. Even if they did add the blue eyes sculpt and brown cloak, I think the only thing left is the weathered look of the stillsuit. Technically, almost all details will still be accurate except for the dirt.

Only from a weathering aspect and people have no problem buying HT's that are insufficiently or overly weathered and then refining the aesthetic to their own preference.

I'd say it depends on InArt's future intentions and how well POs are going for Paul atm.

If they believe Dune and Paul are popular and profitable enough to warrant a full figure from both parts 1 & 2 then there's no need to do anything here; people will just have to suck it up when a part 2 Paul is announced and decide if they want to keep their clean Stillsuit Paul and get a sandy Stillsuit Paul with blue eyes.

If InArt find that Dune merch isn't flying off the shelves and they don't foresee a part 2 figure as a viable option- and, even if they do, they realise they can't announce it until he part 1 Paul is fully released or they'll risk mass cancellations- a basic accessory pack allowing us to add the necessary parts to create a part 2 Paul and weather the figure ourselves would be most beneficial to the community.
The former could mean waiting until late 2025 before a part 2 Paul can even be announced and, by then, we'll be on course for Dune; Messiah and gravitating towards the next version of Paul.
