Its interesting to observe certain individuals' hypersensitivity to every move/comment the creator of Exo-6 makes- yet SEEKING the next "outrage".Geeze the toxicity... You can critisize the figures without adding to the toxicity.
If you think Nanjin is being toxic or a jerk, the answer is not "Let us also be toxic!!!" even if you're right.
I have yet to see a statement from Nanjin that is "offensive". Even when it's obvious he's being funny- certain individuals are so easily triggered. It just goes to show- it doesn't pay to engage your customers on Social Media.

Are those two pics the same costume? If they are, it shows just how big a difference lighting makes. If they aren't, then it certainly looks like there's some variation in the color between her screen used uniforms - whether original to the costume or due to the result of age / storage conditions / etc.
Just look at the belt. The pics don't to me look even close to the same color. I'm anxious to see this figure in hand for myself. At this point I feel that's the only way for me to really know what's going on or how I feel about it.
Regardless, I think the whole situation is getting overblown. Valid or not, NT is not interested in our opinions on it anyway so in the end all sides are just getting frustrated for no benefit.

Yes lighting obviously makes a difference, but the point was that in neither photo is it the intense hot pink we got with the figure. And you can easily see the same contrast in colors that we saw on screen.

I dunno, maybe I'm too easily pleased, but the uniform on Kira didn't seem eye-gougingly bright to me. Brighter than the show, sure, but not enough to make me regret buying her, not even close.
I'm more annoyed by some thing like the clearly-not-screen-accurate arc reactor on the Hot Toys Electro figure. But then like I said, I'm a sucker for Trek figures.

Kira just seems like an overall misfire. If I didn’t have her paid off already I’d be tempted to cancel. The outfit and that sculpt. Woof.
Bashir looks quite good (and just the right amount of smug

Bashir just went up for surprise Pre-order on Exo-6.
I'm going to guess people will complain it's not perfect. Looking at him, he's not quite perfect. 4/5 stars in my book and best one we've got. I know it's never the final model apparently but assuming we get something that's just about like this, I'd still be happy. Only issue is he's probably my least liked DS9 character! Especially the early seasons where he was very annoying only becoming a good character halfway through DS9's run.
Also he's one of the few characters I'd personally have given a little smile. Though that's just a preference.

Just preordered at EXO-6! He looks great! Face may be just a little thin, but camera/pose angle will take care of that if that is indeed an issue.
But here’s the thing…..HE EVEN LOOKS GOOD IN THE OFFICIAL EXO PROMO PHOTOS!
They’ve definitely taken a step forward with Anthony behind the camera, but the photos EXO requires/chooses out of what I assume is a batch of at least several dozen are still often the weakest shots. And these STILL look pretty great.
I don’t want to jinx anything, but this can’t be a bad sign!

I preordered at BBTS (Lemmy-bless BBTS!)
My heart sank when I saw the initial photo, I REALLY didn't want to end up with an incomplete DS9 crew, but my concerns were unfounded
The only thing I spotted, was that his outfit appears to be a little "baggy" (too "straight up-and-down") around his midsection

I'm still not loving that Dax sculpt though, and hope this is just an earlier version we're seeing here...
