Global shipping? Hello UK!!!
I'm assuming this still means hefty customs fees (25% here in Europe for myself) even if ordered from an official InArt store in Asia, since it's still an import? For the official InArt support it sounds amazing, but financially it's quite a price hike when import fees are added, if not going through third party sellers.

Probably.

Figure looks amazing, have no interest to purchase tho. I had a great nap in cinema when first movie was out. I've heard second one is good, might nap again next week.

Nice. Where the blue eyes at though? Seems to be more of a combination of part 1 to early part 2 version.

Why does there have to be two different hair colours? surely its not hard to match hair dye with the darker sculpted version or vice versa.
Lots of rubber, wondering how it will hold up. Dont know if I can drop $400 to $500 on a figure and have to worry about rubber issues in the future.

With all of the figures Inart has in the pipeline, what is the reasonable release window for this figure?
That’s the downside to InArt if you ask me. I feel like most of their releases are at least a couple years out. Not even when they’ll be in hand necessarily but when the figures release and then slowly trickle out with distribution.

Any hype I had for them is long gone. Their announcements have that hollow feeling knowing it'll be a long long time before you get the figure.

Not to mention they should have scrapped this and made a part 2 version.

This guy gets it.
We’ll get utterly butt-****** on customs n VAT if we go the official route.
There are never any benefits to living in the U.K.

Also, I’m not particularly partial to the movie or character (haven’t seen part 2 yet) but, damn, the figure looks so good I might just have to get it.

If a long wait puts you off of a figure you probably didn’t want it that much in the first place :dunno.

You need to wait about 1.5-2 years for Hot Toys figures now too, and these rooted figures take significantly longer to produce.

Gandalf was worth the wait.

Does this mean it'll be cheaper than usual? Other figures always had a markup from sellers.

Don't have any concerns with custom fees since I've never encountered one ever from buying overseas.

Depends where you’re from. AFAIK the US doesn’t have them.

Looks amazing. Their lack of stylization on the sculpt and proportion always stands out. Bumps up the realism by a huge margin. You lose that feeling that you’re looking at a 12” figure.

I’m curious to see how this will work with it being a global license. Will stores like Sideshow/BBTS have it? Will ordering through them directly be the best route in terms of pricing and shipping? I imagine most will want to order from INART’s site if possible in order to get the exclusive mouse.

I really love how this turned out--he definitely looked in progress at the trade shows, but the facial imperfections and moles/spots take this thing over the top. I also own a Pennywise, but the unboxing and presentation of their products was like an event. Cannot wait for this figure! Looks incredible.

I know inart specializes in rooted hair, but they really need to adjust their sculpted hair. Third party figures have better looking sculpted hair and it’s a little baffling when inart has sculpted but maybe that’s just me! Gonna go with rooted even tho I’m not a fan of rooted hair. It just looks eons better
