Can someone please identify this 12 inch figure? It is good quality and probably about 20 years or more old. She has bright blue earrings. The knees bend but not the elbows. The lower back has the markings © Tiger Made in China. There was a Tiger company taken over by Hasbro in 1998.

Looks like Kelly Kapowski from Saved by the Bell. Tiger released the 6 main characters as dolls in the early 90s.
 
Oh ****! I was thinking Kelly as a bit of a piss take, but it actually might be. Tiffani still got it after all these years!
 
Brilliant Many Thanks. She was on display on my layout at the NMDRM Chapel-en-le-Frith model railway exhibition last weekend. I found one on sale as shown in attached photo also a couple taken on Sunday where shes shared a bench with David Beckham. I may contact you gain to identify the black woman and the children.
