Is that really the newest update version for SGD Tifa?
I'm sorry but thats another case of missing the target. Like thats not even the correct skin color.
Isnt this thing over 1000 USD? And its still not possible to match the look of the prototype?
She doesnt look like Remake Tifa, she doesnt look like original Tifa and it doesnt look like the prototype / pre order version.
So whats the point of this product when they cant even match the look of the prototype?

That looks terrible I already didn't think the prototype looked like her but it at least looked ok this looks really bad it looks like a random mannequin, hope it's just a matter of bad pics

This is the current 2.0 version. They didn't change anything about the face after this.
The purple dress picture is the same face sculpt, but hair is dressed differently, different camera angle, lens, lighting etc.

That's still not a good sculpt. Looks nothing like Tifa.

Might as well be a statue of a cosplayer.

It's nice to have semi-realistic look alternative. They are doing a big run and it's still sold out.
FA Studio Tifa is looking to be the most FF7R ingame accurate one, if you prefer one of those. I have both of these and few other Tifa's PO'd.

I hope I can get a replacement or refund. Depending on how GunDamit handles the situation I may or may not buy from them again.

I love FFVIIAC. That's why I waited over a year and a half for Gametoys release.
But this.... Members here can understand your sadness...

Holy crap, that's sad considering how expensive that bike is! Is that set really $755? I'm surprised at how expensive the GameToys set is. I hope the buyer gets a replacement or refund.

You will not get a replacement, they will offer to sell it within your country after you supply pics and description of the damage.

They hope it will sell within 2 weeks, if not then they will issue a refund. My bike arrived damaged just like yours.

All my other pre-orders from GDI have been perfect, except for this release. All future GT release I will go via OSK. Yes he maybe a bit more expensive, but I know his service is top notch and he double boxes etc.

I’ve ordered 3 different deluxe editions from GDI and all have had severe QC issues, the last one was the final straw when I made it clear to them to double box and not just use a shipper bag. They still sent it separately in a shipper bag, cut up the original shipper box to fit the bike, and it just arrived all beat up and damaged. It really was a recipe for disaster shipping it all separately and then having the bike sent back twice before receiving it.

I think this is where GameToys should step in and offer a replacement and then bill the merchant for it. That’s some terrible customer service. Some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never order from them at this point and I’ve nearly pulled the trigger on a few things in the past.

I paid $588 from Gundamit, good price but disappointing results, I've gotten stuff from them before but this is the worst

I've only sent an email last night so will see how they respond and resolve my issue. I would like to try give them the benefit of the doubt as I do like their prices, customer service (they always reply to my messages/issues) and reward system. However never anything this bad so will wait and see.

I just hope Gametoys will sell updated Remake Cloud with AC head sculpt and body. I know the new body pack is coming but there are differences between that and remake costume
