With both Hayden and Ewan doing shows and so on, it would be extremely cool if they get Natalie back for a couple of scenes if not a whole storyline arc. It would especially make sense given how the character was very nullified in episode 3. She has expressed interest in doing it, so it would be really cool the same way that Hayden has also reprised his character from 20 years ago.

It was shown as a coming soon in their post last month, so I'd say it's not just unlikely but impossible.

It’s a bit of stretch to say the sculpt looks nothing like her (only a Sith deals in absolutes).
But i certainly agree that I am not satisfied with the Natalie Portman likeness, could use some tweaking. Hot Toys nailed Hayden with the rat tail Anakin but not Padme.
Glass half full - the current sculpt is better than the original tease of the figure from 5+ years ago.

Eh still not a great likeness but it works well enough for me. Weird thing is the likeness seems stronger from a distance than in the closeup shots, which is the opposite of how it usually goes.

I don't know...something about this is really throwing it off for me. Pretty sure it's how Hot Toys is doing her eyes. They stylized it way too much. They also made her jaw slimmer and sharper? Really odd. Feel like the prototype had a stronger likeness here.

She looks great in some pics, a bit off in others. Always hard to tell how good the likeness is based on blogger pics. Her face is much more narrow in the these, but that could be due to lens distortion.

Have to wait for in hand. Looks like the exact same sculpt as the prototype. Good in some shots, while off in others. No matter what I never thought this figure would be a home run. She has the kind of death stare my wife gives me when I say something inappropriate in public. Might creep me out on the shelf.
