The question is should I spend the munny on the next figure in the Legacy Collection or wait for Dutch? I have grown with Clint Eastwoods career since Rowdy Yates, for me it has always been an army of one. When I think of the many westerns I have seen, The Outlaw Josey Wales has it all.

Just finished viewing Lawmen Bass Reeves very good. Now viewing 1923, I thought it may be too late time period for me but it is very good.

Looking forward to Kevin Costners Horizon Saga.

If you have not seen Old Henry you are missing out on one of the best westerns in a long time.

I tried Bass Reeves but it didn't take.

I also tried to watch Billy the Kid but gave up on that one as well.

I liked 1923 more than I expected. As you wrote, it's a late period but still worked. There was just enough of the wild west in it.

Never heard of Old Henry but will check it out.

Tim Blake Nelson as Old Henry is damn good...no spoilers for this one.

I shall seek out Billy The Kid soon.

Westerns like most if not all things is one man's sweet is anothers poison.

Old Henry was really good. Loved the surprise ending.

Anyone think SS will do a fistful of dollars version of "man with no name" that would be cool to see.
I definitely hope so. Would be a great opportunity for those that missed out as well as another shot at that headsculpt.
It's probably a certainty. The one issue is that Sideshow never releases these with more than one head sculpt or any hair/hat switch out feature; and the iconic scene with TMWNN wearing the body armor in A Fistful of Dollars he wasn't wearing a hat (or smoking his cigarillo), it would mean that that release wouldn't make everyone that wants a replacement head for Blondie happy.

It really is odd they haven't released a hatless version. The hat does hide added sculpting to the head/hair. Their hair on Harry does convey the style, but it lacks realistic qualities. That only leans towards theirs claims of 10% caricature.

I only watched Old Henry once, if that. It was fine, I just couldn't get into it. I didn't care for the casting choice.

Not Westerns per se, but The Proposition and The Rover are two Western-esque films I found quite good.

That's what I was about to mention, regarding a slim possibility with getting another head with that particular hat. I'm thinking they either do the one you mentioned with the makeshift bulletproof vest, or them wearing that lighter coloured hat and trench coat. And I know we definitely won't see them in a CSA uniform. I'd be happy with an armored version and no hat....but if they could bring back the "Sideshow exclusive" element and give us an updated hat head with that.
