I switched from stands to just using blu tak/museum gell on all of my 60 figures I own and haven't had any issues. Just a tiny dab on the bottom of the feet of a figure works perfectly and cleans up the display

Actually the 1st replacement had the same scuff so they sent me a 2nd lol. So I can't really complain about their customer service.

Back when this released they gave me the same answer for scuffing on my helmet. After talking with them some more they sent me a whole new head. Though a not closing leg flap is not common and they should replace it. Complain some more and it may work to your benefit.

Just gonna wait it out for tba to eventually sell it lower than ss once again. Hopefully goes into the realm of the night monkey deluxe price wise

I completely agree. Thats why I have him as ronin only, albeit 2 versions lol. One full ronin and the other as him in black with his bow

No idea what happened with it. I live in south jersey, so all of my out of country packages always come through isc New York, with the exception of this one. I called the post office and they couldn't give me any info other than to tell me to file a missing package report,which I did 10 days...

So after being stuck at isc usps in Chicago since April 7th from TBA, my captain will FINALLY be arriving today! Can't wait to get it in hand!

I Did and the only thing I could do was file a missing mail form. So hopefully I will find something out in the next week. Extremely frustrating!

This is exactly why i dont pre-order anymore and I used to for all my figures. The plus side is that most figs are delayed enough so that when you cancel a pre-order you won't lose the nrd(happened to me with the stealth suit spiderman deluxe when it released overseas for cheaper than sideshow)...
