It is, they are being sloppy more and more. This Vegeto isn't even accurate to the source material. The torso is just wrong. The DF one has a more accurate torso, aswell as the Convention exclusive. I'm glad to have the con exclusive but I might still grab it aswell as the DF one to frankenstein...
