Bullock was already re-released last year, in an exclusive Wal-Mart 4-pack with Batman, Joker and Harley, all cell-shaded.

I think the ears on this new headsculpt are better than those on previous heads, they are thinner/flatter, which is how Timm envisioned, as opposed to the other headsculpts' thick ears. Agree about the chin, but, as a whole, I think this one wins.

All terrible and ugly cell shading, agreed. I've always hated that, even when it is well applied. I don't get the idea of highlights/shadow on 3D stuff... like, that's supposed to be used only on 2D stuff, for Christ's sake!! And to apply that on Cond. King, an all-new fig, is a deal breaker...

Definitely! I'd prolly buy a 7" version of that Kenner Catwoman, which I own myself. A bigger version of it would be easier to have customised, as the face would be bigger, therefore easier to have repainted, as would the stitches. It could turn out to be a decent figure.

That's sad... I really really want a 6-7" Returns Catwoman figure... The 1/4 NECA one is crazily perfect, yes, but way too big for my taste, sadly. That new 6" Mattel Returns Penguin is great, I hope they give us Catwoman... Judging by the quality of Penguin, it would be a great Catwoman figure.

So, at this point, NECA will never release the 7" versions of Returns Catwoman and Penguin? Or has there been any new rumour about it?

It's because the color of her skin around the eyes got a tad darker due to black paint of the mask and eyelashes... if you clean it off/lighten up, it looks great. Zelu and I did that, you can check it on his Instagram page. Also her lipstick needs a bit of cleaning too. If you have that skill...
