Has anyone had issues ordering directly from the Star Ace online store? I placed an order on their site on September 14th, got an email confirmation, but no update or shipping information since. I have emailed them three times with no reply. Anyone have any suggestions?

Actually, the lettering on the blade looks more like runes than Elvish script. Maybe it's Narsil and this will be for an Isildur figure.
