I just noticed that in the original pics from HT that the Captain has a sweet looking rifle, and the standard trooper doesn't. Decisions, decisions.

I really like this trooper. It will add some nice color to the collection. I prefer the standard version over the Captain which I hope they announce it soon.

Ah got it. Based on the pictures, putting the cloak back on seems to work good as well. A worthwhile mod for sure. I would probably use a seam ripper as it would be safer than an xacto knife.

Has anyone had problems with the shoulder satchel elastic fastener breaking? Mine came completely off when I barley pulled it. If so, what did you do to fix it?

I was under the impression that SS would ship from China and not the US for you guys down under. Yah that's got to be frustrating. You should have had it by now.

Called SS on Tuesday and made the final payment for my Sandtrooper and it shipped that same day. I just got him today. I called SS this morning and paid off Vader and he just shipped!! Arriving Monday. Its a Christmas miracle:) I wonder if the reason for the fast shipping is because of SS...

Not necessarily, if they get it before the 25th, just call SSC and you will should have to option to pay and ship. That's what I did with old Ben so there is Hope. I also told Santa I wanted him for Christmas and he has never let me down:)

I'm sure he meant the backpack which from what I have heard isn't removable.
