I wish Hot Toys had added swappable armor parts with those troopers. Preventing us from army building those is basically leaving money on the table. When it comes to that one, they'd have to put it up for PO first anyway.

Anyone remember if the (Mandalorian) Armorer was limited as well when she was first offered by Hot Toys as a summer exclusive? It could give us some hope on a wider release for Triple Zero when the Darkside tour event is over.
My bad. Updated. Hot Toys have been doing questionable marketing choices thru the years but this one is particularly shocking. making one figure part of a duo limited and the other a regular release is just mean to their customer base.
As per TK-421's post on Youtube, 0-0-0 is limited to 2000 pieces. Hopefully, this is only an event allotment and more will be available at retail later on.

Beside the cost induced by the extra work involved in (human) head sculpts, i can also see the availability and/or lack of competent artists able to reach the quality level needed to put a convincing product on the market.
My belief on this matter is that HS development is bumping production cost up quite a bit. It's likely pushing Hot Toys to think twice about splashing the cash when they are dealing with second or third tier characters. Even though i'd be the first to pull the trigger on a Cal or a Chelli, i...
