🤣 Thanks. He’s a tough figure to photograph - I’ve had lots of do-overs so it’s taken me longer than usual. Really have to get the lights right up on top of him because there’s just so. Much. Black!

Mine arrived on Thursday and I’ve been working away at some photos ever since. This is also my first Hot Toys Vader ever, and so far I’ve just been playing around with him in his clean standard look. Really amazing figure!

I imagine mine is weeks or months away still as they only appear to be shipping the deluxe exclusive editions.

Thanks for the review! Wanted to let you know, your light-up feature probably isn’t broken: the control box has two “on” settings - one of which doesn’t light up the chest - so that a person can just flip the switch in the other direction when they’re using the battle-damaged chest plate.

Yup. Or at least they had better; the regular version featured the cross-legged pose on the overview image, which isn't possible without those parts.
