I received few weeks ago the Prime 1 Baby Blue Life Size Statue. I was a little bit scared about vinyl but when I open the box I realized that it looks amazing.

Got mine today. I'm bit disappointed because paint and sculpt seems to me a little bit "flat". In my opinion the mermaid statue was better in overall feeling/looks.

I confirm that the Sideshow Customer Care is fantastic: I contacted them few days ago and they offered me a replacement.

Had someone my same problem with statue base? it has been deformed by the Hulk weight resulting as not stable in a flat surface.

Sideshow sent me a new head with similar scratches and marks in exactly the same positions. So I can confirm that is "battle damage" and not a defect.

Me too I have these scratchs on helmet!!! Is this a common problem or is the "normality"? What Sideshow is saying?
