IMO it's a lesser collector world without ASMUS. :monkey2
Engaging with the fans; coming out with products nobody else would do like the Elven guards and (planned) Haldir and Thranduil; affordable; and all those accessories:monkey2
All the upgrade heads are out of stock at the moment.:monkey2...
Take a look at where the buckles are on the Sideshow vambraces, there is a definite left and right.
I don't remember having a problem with the boots - maybe some folks did, but whatever posing I did - I'm very happy with the figure after a few tweaks.
We have J-lo blowing 20 million on a narcissist fever dream that the 'net is having a field day with (no didn't watch it, heard about it:poop:). The Alien sequels/prequels or whatever with little xenos popping out of the grass that could only be described as "cute". Rumors of a "female Jack...
Y'all aren't alone; I paid dumb prices for an extra knife for Mando; and a frog; and over the years $$$ for "genuine" HT stands and - stuff. But it's what looks right on display, tho I'm all for throwing accessories in from 3rd party.
I'm stupidly happy about the lighted lantern 😁 . But now...
I'd love the Artisan and join the ranks of those ticked off at HT, but on the other hand, at least in my displays, from a few feet away you aren't going to, in fact, see all those details.
I like all the films - but for &^%$ sake what is the problem with getting out a version from the first...
That's actually possible, it would help the cloth keep the shape. If not, can hear folks already complaining about "poofy hair" and the bandana falling off. Tho maybe it will be stitched in place.
Don't remember seeing Jack without a hat or bandana. Maybe he looked to - dunno, wild, without.
Well, there's the 'bay. Not being sarcastic - if you can find a reputable seller and are willing to pay the markup.
On the other hand sure customizers will be going to town, and possibly churn out something better e.g. re-hair - if you are willing to pay.$$$
I'll find out if my Artisan Scarlet Witch shows up ahead- am thinking she's the toughest to put real hair on and not have it look like a poofy wig, Straight part, no bandana or waves to cover anything.
Yeah, but you get a cloth bandana with the Artisan, that's gotta be worth another 60$
:monkey3
And I'd go for the Artisan if I could, because. Although - the 'bay has "preorders" for $1,000+ already -
sorry Jack, gave up the rum (mostly). I remember telling myself when figs starting hitting...
Well when you put it that way.... 😁
Dunno if the hair to sculpt is machine stitched. Far as I know InArt, and Asmus, used the (tedious) glue-on method.
Not sure what HT does. Plus it isn't just hair, they have to felt it into dreadlocks.
I'd have gone for it; but again, with the DX using a mix...
