Infinity War: I know first hand it is the best quality Thor figure released so far. Great likeness, many display options, was seen in both IW and EG so very versatile. Plus you’d get it the soonest. I’d say it’s your safest bet.

Endgame was filmed before her solo film. They used her old costume for filming and changed the colour palette/made other edits in post because they decided she should look different after 25 years. Iirc the short hair was a pretty last minute decision, that’s why all the promo art looks like her...
Not exactly, she has a July-September release window. If she’s released in October then it’ll be a delay, but for now she’s still technically on schedule

I’m going to guess it’s sculpted hair, with a soft plastic/rubber braid. There’s no way the braid would be that clean and tapered at the end if it were rooted, it would definitely fuzz up.
In universe, we still don’t know. Out of universe they jumped to 85 because if this really is Iron Man’s last movie, then 34 more suit designs means that toy companies can keep pumping out Iron Man merch for years even without RDJ in the MCU.
You could interpret Fury’s statement about Thor to be about extraterrestrials in general. What happened in Captain Marvel sparked the need for a defence, and the incident with Thor reaffirmed that there was still a need. Also Fury’s secrets have secrets. It doesn’t surprise me that he wouldn’t...
