But why did anovos send al these messages a few months ago, about how they hope to learn from there mistakes and they would do things better. It seems that nothing is changed at all.
I have mailed them 3 times again about the TLJ trooper helmet I?ve ordered in 2017, but still haven?t got a answer back. I don?t know if they learn from mistakes they made in the past, but this is not OK.
as an addition to my earlier message I saw today on the anavos site that the TLJ helmet is now expected between 1/7 and 30/9. Another delay in delivery 😩.

9 day's ago I did send anovos a mail about a TLJ first order trooper helmet I've ordered 26/11/17. Still haven't got a responce back.
It's the first and also last helmet I will order from anovos. The waiting for the helmet is not the biggest issue, but the customer support :gah:
