I have mine pre-ordered through One Sixth Outfitters and have not heard a peep. Not overly concerned yet though b/c "Herman" (aka their Rorschach) took about a year from when I pre-ordered to order fulfillment.
Edition size of 140. (70 w/coin, 70 w/out)
I pre-ordered it. This will be my first vehicle piece with MYC. I own Oola, Salacious B. Crumb, Mouse Droid & maybe the first ever MYC piece, the little lightsaber hilt for the 1st SS Obi-Wan Mythos statue.
Didn't see this posted here yet, but noticed a couple weeks ago that Sideshow is offering the DX Bonus version as well. (I ordered through a retailer w/free shipping, given the insane size of him.)
I bet we won't have this monster piece in-hand until mid-2023, but man...really diggin' it. The...
Better late than never! Latest batch of Mauls are finally in-stock & off the stacked-up shipping containers. #2573/4500 has arrived, so there are at least that many statues out there at this point. Don't know how many were produced in this latest go-a-round, but appears there's still plenty...
Something else to note: Given the rather large edition sizes, the pieces are being manufactured & released in different waves. For example, the 1st wave of the Maul piece was released last spring while the 2nd wave is (supposedly) coming within the next month.
Lots of people have it. They're everywhere, including people already selling their previously displayed ones in FB Groups and ebay. Is there a particular question you have about it?
It's not bad, I kinda like it. Don't collect that many 1/6 figs these days, but this one kinda gets me thinking where I'd put him. $250 for a non-Hoy Toys figure kinda has me pumpin' the breaks a bit though. That, and you never really know what you're gonna get when it comes to SS production...
"Waitlisted"....again. But I don't believe it'll be permanent this time either. 4500 is a massive edition size these days. They're probably producing these in chunks. What's the highest numbered one folks have seen out there?
I was late to the party on this figure, but finally picked one up. Had this cool metal background made by an artist on Etsy. Thought some might like to see it.
Yeah, they have started popping up on Sideshow these days, haven't they. If it's any consolation, outside of some of his canvas pieces or early SW Celebration prints, his work has never really been all that "collectible" or heavily sought after. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan & love his SW...
