Haha! This is true. But remember, he’s still a scientific genius and he was resourceful enough to make shuttered lenses somehow in his homemade suit prior to even meeting Tony Stark. I’m sure he studied his Tech Suit closely and probably applied what engineering he could to the new suit

Yep, agreed. I like the emotive eyes as well, so I’m cool with it if it is accurate to the movie

Dang it. Just noticed they used the “shuttered” lens design from the Tech Suit eyes. That kinda bothers me. Unless we assume Peter made shuttered lens just like his old ones in this new suit. Thoughts?

This looks like a cool figure, but I wish they’d been able to better capture the weight of his cloak. It seems not to fall quite right. But I know it’s hard to capture that kind of thing at smaller scale

Yep. I have the JL Batman and that is one there is the exact same. It’s possible they cut the bottom a little different to match the Forever cape, but it’s the exact same material. Looks wrong compared to the movie

Trailer wasn’t as bad as I was afraid it was gonna be, and it actually made me a little more excited to see the movie. Before that, I was debating actually never watching it. But that title. 🤮

Ultimate Spider-Man #1, 2000 (Signed by Mark Bagley) I love this title and was so stoked to get this for Christmas a couple of years ago.

I think the Ultimate run was extremely good. I liked it so much I got a CGC-slabbed copy of the #1 signed by the artist. I was very impressed

For me, the best Spidey I’ve read thus far was Bendis’ and Bagley’s run on Ultimate Spider-Man. It was still good after Bagley left, but the combo of the former’s writing and the latter’s art was absolutely killer, IMO.
