That's what I would want as well. I really don't like sideshow's Caesar sculpt and would love a great Caesar sculpt... although I have little faith in hot toys after seeing the gorillas.
McFarlane makes a lot of my favorites, I guess you can't really call them figures. They probably would look very similar to the medicoms. They really dropped the ball on the Jessica Biel chainsaw figure though... I was going to have her sign one when she was signing at the shrine a few years...
Those Kiss photos are great. Amazing that one can take photos in concerts now, as opposed to a decade ago... And the quality is so good.
I picked up a 1/6 Gene from McFarlane to battle apes hoping he would do the others, but it never happened...
I have a Bloody lawgiver, don't have the standard though. I noticed on ebay, someone sold a bloody & standard for $75 each... the scroll was broken though.. Is that common? I've seen a few listings now where the scroll is broken.
Jess that Ape Nativity sounds cool. Years ago, I started to...
I love the Partridge Family. Have all four seasons on DVD... And all 25 Volumes of the Super Hits of the Seventies:Have a Nice Day CDs. I think all popular art peaked in the 70's...
Sorry for thinking out loud guys. I have not purchased any of the hot toys gorillas, so I don't have heads to sell... yet... I'll keep you guys in mind when it happens...
Jess, do you have a list of all the sculpts you've done? They are amazing...
I haven't had internet access for three...
I love the hasbro head on the hot toys soldier, that's how I want my army to look. I wonder if there is a resale value on the Hot Toys head.
Here are my star wars apes , I also made a gorilla x-wing fighter pilot, but I can't find him right now.
Okay here is a Medicom Taylor Astronaut with beard, I cut off the heads & swapped them, with a McFarlane Movie maniacs poster(it looks MUCH better than the photos)... I always wished McFarlane would license the apes. And in his swan song as the Fatman -
Mr. Curly...
I picked up two of them when they were at big lots, I think they were $20 each... Funny, I emailed the picture to a friend, and they said "What's with the Eric Estrada monkey?"
Here is my motocycle cop gorilla. I picked up this $8 digital camera from big lots, as you can see its not even worth that. I was debating whether to use the white helmet, or stick with the black helmet as the one had in the (gasp) Burton movie.
No, I've never seen his face brown, I was joking... As I've said before I'm irritated with the tampering of the color of the gorilla tunics in Beneath.. Planet & Battle they are still navy, but someone wanted to change them in Beneath and make them black... I don't know what else they altered...
