Yeah people who have been excited for Asmus’ LotR line and ordered their original offerings have been shafted time and time again. I just want to buy a head upgrade for my original Hobbit Gandalf but I keep missing the order window because of life and welp, guess I’m SOL.
What is going on with the email notifications? I’ve been sitting here waiting for an email for over a week then suddenly they go up for order and no email, and I missed it for like the fourth time? I’m getting incredibly frustrated with trying to get the upgrade.
I did not get one. Got through the queue, was able to add to cart, then when I hit the checkout button my cart was suddenly empty. Sideshow’s website continues to be a POS. I hopped on the wait list.
How does this work exactly? Do they email you a link or do you have to go to the product page yourself? The RSVP email had no details on this. This is such a dumb system.

Asmus assured me back in November that they had my order on file. The button on their website to log in to your old account to check your orders doesn't work. I just sent a follow up email to see what the deal is.
