Anyone know whether this box art is legit or not?

I was browsing Shpock for UC items, and came across a seller with some good stuff. I noticed one of the items he was selling was Legolas' knives (which I already own), but this set had an inscription on them I've not seen before. Is it a fake item or is it just a newer model?
