Yes, the primer is fine. It drys. The silver top coat seems to be an issue.

Yeah, I did use primer. It's so strange.

I've tried several times to paint a Sideshow Storm shadow head. With no success. I'm turning the head into a Deadshot head. I've tried acrylic and enamel paint. I tried brushes and airbrush. No matter the clear coat or the amount of time I let it set.... it peals off when I touch it. Any help...
