If you check eBay's completed listings, one ex sold for $1900 and another ex sold for at least less than $1600 (best offer hid the actual price) Up until recently you could see an example of a reg version selling for slightly less than retail...it happens, you just gotta be on the lookout...

Agree with all the critiques especially in regards to the base. Stitching on coverall collars also appear to be rushed. That said, of all the pics posted, the one below is the only one I've seen that is relatively impressive (not as good as the photoshop prototype of course). Proper lighting...

The nose on production piece doesn't seem to have paint loss on the tip (as it should) like in the proto pic:

Agreed. Although nowhere near prototype quality, perhaps with better lighting and hair styling...Also anything in this scale will have a distorted look if held to face level. This could still work (for me)...just need more and better pics.

Pre-ordered the 1/4 but I do plan on getting the 1/3 just in case this new one turns out to be disappointing. At least with the 1/3, one knows what they're getting. Depending on the lighting and angle, the one with sculpted hair looks quite nice.
