I agree. 2nd Class Zack came with both jointed and silicone arms so it would have been nice for 1st Class Cloud to also include the same. It cuts down on cost, but I feel most people would want both.

You can't do this. AC Cloud upper body has a steel endoskeleton from the chest through the shoulders and to the arms. The joints are screwed together. You won't be able to remove these arms and replace it with the spare silicone arms. The spare silicone arms are meant for 1st Class Soldier...

Costly for sure, but a lot of craftsmanship going into it. All hand cut and stitched high quality leather and the armor, daggers, crossbow, and dragonslayer is all metal. No idea how it will hold up under the weight. Edit: All 30 pieces sold out. Guy is also working on a Berserker Armor Guts...

Does ACG art have a social media account? I only occasionally see stuff posted on PT Studio's facebook page, but I know they are no longer affiliated.

I've seen a few people get replacement heads, but also more than a few get denied. That seems to be more hit and miss. Same with googles. Swords and bikes haven't gotten any replacements.

GT has been refusing replacement parts across the board for the figure. Gundamit will be giving a partial replacement, which is the best they can do, and then asking for some assistance in potentially re-selling the damaged item to re-coup their loss. Seems fair for everyone involved, though...

You have to pull the plastic circles apart with your fingers. It will feel like it will snap off, because it actually will snap apart (the button is actually small and quite sturdy). It takes less strength than required to open a pistachio shell, so if you feel you are applying more pressure...
