That’s so cool...such a limited run. Got it!!! Just under $1100.00. I know it’s way more than original...but I think it’s totally worth it. I only see Vader in pure destroyer mode...this thing just seems to reek of quintessential Darth Vader.

Congrats! Hope it gets to you in one piece.
Let us know what you think about it.

It's a great piece. You won't be sorry. Only thing I'll say, and I know others will agree, put some quality batteries in it. It deserves that much at least. :duff

I noticed the rattling when I took the base out of the box to set it up. I sure as hell didn't disassemble Vader after the fact to check.:lol
Over the years I've had a couple of PF statues with larger bases that had something rattling inside. No big deal IMO. I'm not too worried about someone coming over and saying "Awesome Vader!......................shame about that rattling base though.":lol

I thought I read people recommend enaloop?? Anyone know what kind of batteries are needed?

Oh, this statue reeks alright...:Flush

I use AA/AAA Eneloops on my collectibles because they don't leak. I removed the tiny cell batteries from IS Vader. The AA batteries still light up the saber and the reflector light on the base.

Awesome, thank you! You have to be an electrician to bypass the standard batter to light chestbox?

The chestbox is powered by some cell batteries, I think you'd need some professional electrician work there to have those lights powered in a different way

I’ve been reading this thread for weeks now and I came across your previous fights with other members. At first I thought you were just sharing your opinion and things simply got heated. But, here I am coming into this thread many weeks later and sharing my joy and excitement for this statue and you came in just to crap all over it. I don’t know you, never exchanged comms with you before, so you are intentionally trying to pick a fight with me.

Having no experience with you ever before...I can tell you your remarks aren’t offensive, they are just simply juvenile. You’ve got to be pretty desperate about something to come here just to try and piss someone/people off, for no apparent reason. This will be my first statue I’ve ever purchased, ever....and I’m stoked about it.

Should you ever find yourself in Hawaii and want to come see my statue in person I’d be happy to hear your opinion, this will help me figure out what kind of person one needs to be to be this sour in life...I’m genuinely interested to know what’s wrong with you. Maybe you just needed more hugs as a child?
