The Incredibles steelbook came back in stock and I snagged it last night. Just FYI in case anyone else thought they missed it.

Yeah, I saw a lone copy on the floor when I went to get my in store pick up of A Quiet Place. Didn’t originally want one, but I picked it up.

Pretty infuriating that Jane’s 4K Punisher won’t have the extended cut!

Standard 480p definition still remains the only way to watch the extended cut!

We are in 2018 right?

Yup that still irritates me. I love the extended version and would buy it again in high def.

No....this isn’t true is it?

Sadly, yes. Instead of filling our TV's with the awesome image on the left Disney inexplicably decided to only offer the letterboxed version on the right.

Slightly off-topic, but how bad does SD video look on 4K TVs? I know they upscale 1080p very well but I'm wondering if SD is a step too far?

Asking because I have a bunch of retro TV shows in my library that are unlikely to ever get the HD treatment...

Its ok.....once you see 1080 I feel SD always looks “scaled”.

I personally cant tell the difference on my 4K from SD to 4k “upscale”

Overall the shows look vintage.
