Jesus Christ that headsculpt is hiedous! Is that the standard NECA one? I've not seen it before but Jesus!

:rotfl now people who own this figure have an option they can just buy the hot toys one

Come on! Look at my pictures and the others on the previous page, the standard HS is totally fine. This one is a repaint (which doesn't really work IMHO, sorry).

I think Gary was referring to the neck post with the eyes attached to it in his post. Since the head sculpt is exactly the same as the original neca figure other than the eyes.

My retailer has this for 500 EUR and Joker for 520 EUR. Too pricy for me... :/

Oops my bad guys, I thought this was the Hot Toys 1/4 scale Batman thread; not the Neca thread. :slap
(That same retailer has this one up for 109.99 EUR.)

I did it a while back. Getting the existing eyes out of the head was hard work and took me over an hour. I got some 2mm doll eyes and set them in apoxie. I used apoxie sculpt to take an impression of the existing eyes so I could make an exact replica of the originals.

Did you heat up the head or stick in hot water? What did you do to take the ball joint out? I've tried pliers but I'm afraid of breaking it.

I left the head in boiled water for a bit and then worked on it with some pliers. Once it started coming away round the edge I put it back in the water and moved the socket side to side to fill the head with water. Then it was a case of moving and twisting it, while occasionally adding more water until the whole thing was detached.

Last weekend I decided to make a rock face photo backdrop using some bits and pieces I had laying around the house. It came out pretty well and is huge. All the materials were at home already and would have cost me less than $10.

I tested it quickly this morning with my Christian Bale Batman. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Hey everyone, I'm just wondering but is it possible to pose this figure with the cape fully draped around him? Like wrapped around his front covering him?

Thank you.

Not quite what I'm looking for but still pretty close lol, thank you :)
You can wrap it around but the end result ain't so good as it bunches up by the clips but I'll post a pic today.
