Dunno why they need buzz to sell figures, most of their figures sell out anyway lol. TLJ did not sell because people hated the movie, if they got any hesitation there, but classic star wars and luke? that would sell out nm how badly disney and kk run the franchise into the ground.

anyone from og trilogy is safe from the current implosion of star wars.

This came out as well as can be expected, although it seems to serve a Palace Luke better. Bring on ROTJ Vader.

Looks great... a figure I've been waiting a long time to get, it's actually making me a bit nostalgic for the Sideshow Jedi Luke. That figure (though very dated now) was a game changer back in 2006 when it was released.

I think now that this figure is coming I'll un-kitbash my current Jedi Luke and return him back to the original state.

I had this pre-ordered from day one, and these pics are actually tempting me to purchase another one. There are so many looks he can have, even down to the smallest details (Jedi robe and vest, gloved hand, hand with blaster damage, etc), that even with multiple figures you can get completely different looks and not even know they are the same figures.

Ugh....tempting. If I knew for sure Endor Luke was coming I wouldn't be thinking about this, but who knows if/when that will be released.

Do we reckon the robe will stain if left on?

I remember seeing Old Ben with a stained head after someone left the hood up while on display.

They always look bad in blogger pics. I’m sure a simple strip down of the figure in hand and then refitted, will fix that

Honestly might be a little longer to put everything in place, but having this Luke displayed with Vader and the upcoming Emperor. That display is going to look phenomenal

Not sure why I’ve never thought of rinsing the robe, haha, but that would make sense.

Hmmm never had a staining issue with my SSC and Medicom Jedi Luke’s robes in the past..must be a HT issue

Hopefully the shirt can be removed easily and refitted a bit tighter
