I was wondering the same. Will it be signed externally or internally?

Just checked with Andrea, and I decided to have it signed internally (you have the option of having it signed externally too). You get the signed plaque regardless, but I thought the additional signature would add a nice touch and signify it as one of the first batch. :)
 
Just got an invoice detailing everything (weathering, cowl, inside Signature) from Rob at RS.

I chose to have it signed on the inside of the helmet aswell.
 
First RS Red Five X Wing helmets will start shipping soon too! Efx and Anovos could learn a thing or two from RS!
 
I got my invoice from Rob today, confirmed weathered finish & cowl trimmed to 26cm. :yess:
After I got that invoice, I got an email from Andrea asking if I wanted the helmet signed. I responded by asking if it was coming with a signed plaque & stand. She got back, almost instantly, that -yes- it would come with a stand & signed plaque, they just wanted to know if wanted the helmet signed as well.
At first, I was gonna say no.... but as I thought about it, I thought that a signature in the helmet would mean the actor actually held the helmet (more lineage). So I ask for it to be signed on the inside. &, again, Andrea got back almost instantly, saying we were good.
I love RS! I wrote to Andrea asking her to let everyone know how awesome I think they all are.
& today's interaction has me officially saving for an ESB Stormtrooper helmet. So long eFX & ANOVOS! :wave
 
The problem with EFX was most likely lack of communication and huge unannounced delays (some lack of QC, but this might apply to other companies and unlicensed makers too). All these show lack of respect for customers. Anovos has some issues too, but not comparable to EFX. RS, as unlicensed, has communication through Andrea (and I have my personal one through Rob).

Got my messages to RS through Andrea, the RS guys are very busy these days.

Really happy that they’re so on the ball with their communication, it seems!

In my several orders with them that was the only hiccup I ever had. They make great stuff, all around. Congrats to those who got one! :)

For now I’m going to keep telling myself that the snowtrooper design isn’t one of my favorites, and that I don’t need this....
 
I received my Black Series Stormtrooper helmet from Amazon, there were 3 small spots right on the nose, they were dark green, couldn't wipe it off .. Anywho, I asked for a replacement. Would you have done the same? it was very noticeable.

Edit - No, they weren't boogers :lol
