I'll be keeping my Redman Toys/Craftone kit bashed Alex. It definitely overall looks better than this. I'd consider buying this version to have two different display options; but this is a $150 tops figure.

Hi Seaknob, what do you think about the quality of the tailoring on the figure? Would you say it's Iris quality or even Yunsil? And do you think the Rainman headsculpt would be too big for the figure?

Sorry, I don’t have Rainman’s Head and both clothing(Yunsil IRIS).
This clothing good for this medicom body. Good fitting.

Officially licensed figures seem to always look like they’re officially licensed figures, whatever its quality. I’ve always wanted an Alex figure from before the first customs came out and the Redman version seemed like the most cheapest option, but I really wish Medicom would somehow decide to churn more of theirs out and make it sensibly attainable.
of the last two decades you mean. Ick.

I disagree. Just got this and I'm very impressed by the quality. The sculpt looks like the character. The body isn't underscaled like most Medicom figures used to be it actually looks to be correct for 1:6 scale. The clothing is fantastic. Sure, the rubber boots could be upgraded but this is the best Clockwork Orange Alex figure on the market. Never liked the Crime Cure Boy or Redman, or Crapone or whatever the other bootlegs were. Always thought they looked like just that... cheap unlicensed bootlegs. This is officially licensed and it looks great IMO. I've been waiting nearly two decades for a 1:6 Alex and he has arrived.

I agree. I think the proportions look great and with a sculpt by a talented artist could look awesome.

Hey, I just decided to pull the trigger on this guy and ordered it from Japan. I'm just wanting to know does it in fact have PERS..as advertised? And if it actually does, do they work well/similar to Hot Toys. Also, do you remove the back of the head to get to them? Thanks for your help!

The eyeball cufflinks....they're just cufflinks in the movie; not real eyeballs.
