Just received mine and I must say that the Adam Driver's sculpt is almost spot on! But this version of Kylo feels cheap, I mean other than the sculpt. Everything feels cheaply made especially the helmet.

They made a new helmet instead of recasting the one from TFA, it is now grey and not black. And Kylo's attire is now in navy and not black unlike the Black Series one. Look at my comparison below.

Technically its a new helmet in the movie as well, so thats ok with me (his old one became a new sun)

They said that they changed it because no one could take him seriously with the scar the way it was at the end of TFA.

I think I'm starting to get bored with the Praetorian Guard releases already, they are basically the same mold with different helmets.

The color is disappointing. Should be as black as TFA and the silver on the helmet as shiny.

BB-8 is going to need a panel wash to bring out the details.

I don't really like how relaxed he looked for the TFA version, it's a good sculpt but the expression is bad.

The point of the scar is that he isn’t a perfect little pretty boi anymore. Now it’s just a tiny little battle scar to make him look slightly more “badass”

Hey guys. Just got the double-blade Praetorian Guard the other day. It's my first SHF and I am very pleased with it. From the little shiny box to the paint apps, the fine sculpt and the smooth articulations, it really looks and feels like a nice quality collectible.



I can't wait for the next ones to arrive. And I'm super excited for Darth Maul now.
