Delivery has been moved up a day by UPS. Get this guy tomorrow!

I forgot about this one and it showed up today.

WOW!!!

This piece screams high end quality. I’m beyond impressed. Finally after years of waiting a Vader statue is accurate! The helmet even looks perfect and very much like Empire Vader.

Amazed by this one and love all the display options. Sideshow Vader looks like a cheap toy in comparison.

I got mine today..I love it. Solid, heavy, many posing options...it's a hit. I will say thought that my belt lights died during my review...yes, they lasted an hour or so. LOL I didn't even bother with the base batteries, I just immediately swapped them out for fresh ones.

Also, it's really going to take some time for me to futz with this cape...it's a lot to manage and get to look natural. IMO

I have to echo most of what has been said on this statue in terms of the positive response. THIS is the Darth Vader statue that I've been waiting for. I almost pulled the trigger on the SS Vader several times, but then I caught wind of this piece and decided to wait. WOW, I'm sure glad I did. I just unboxed it tonight and set this up with the saber pose and this guy is already a "wow" piece of my collection.

I want to post some pics, but I'm a novice with such things. Any quick and simple suggestions about how to easily post some quick photos from my phone? I'll put some up if I can get this figured out. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and thanks to all those who have posted photos and videos of this piece? I've been living vicariously through all of those until I could open my own!

Cool pics and videos!!!! Mine is out for delivery. Does this thing really not have magnets for the arms or head? This seriously concerns me. If just a pressure fit they will eventually get loose.
Left arm and head has magnets, also parts of the base. It all feels really solid. What does not have a magnet is the right arm, because of the electric socket there I suppose. So you push it in, and it inserts into the electric socket in there. I know there was one guy whose arm fell out but I think that must’ve been something wrong or very loose there. I have tried to pull mine out but it sits really, really firm, I wouldn’t worry about it falling out at all.

Here are a few quick shots of mine, hope these pics upload:

I hate non-sculpted capes, there a serious pain to get right and you can spend several hours playing with it and even then you probably won't get out all of the creases and wrinkle's.... I wish companies would just stick with sculpted parts given it's a statue and not a doll...

Now any mixed media like fabric capes is considered dolly-like? Damn. Pretty soon the fact that these are miniature scaled figures the size of dolls will be considered dolly-like.

I don't mind the mixed media, it's just a pain sometimes to get the look you're going for. And there is a bunch of material here and to get a good look on the front and sides, it's wadded up in the back.

Here is my humble review....I tried to keep it short, but going over everything takes a bit.

Look at the size of that thing! Mine arrives today, unfortunately I don't get home until late tomorrow. Cannot wait to unbox and display. I also like the mixed media cape. Sculpted capes like the one on Obi-Wan Mythos look great, but I always worried about it breaking. Mixed media also fits in well with my SS premium formats.
