When they originally showed the line up, it didn't include Android 17, 18, Normal Goku, Krillin, and Broly as well. So it's kind of cool that they went with different characters than what they've initially shown.

Yeah, I don't imagine they would use a different head sculpt for RoF Goku since Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku had the same hair mold but I believe that was a Western Exclusive.

Golden Frieza's height is crazy and difficult to pinpoint. It varies quite a lot from every different source I've seen. RoF movie, Xenoverse, Heroes, RoF Super arc, and now Tournament of Power arc. Even the products from SCultures and D.o.D.

Broly Figure-rise Standard looks amazing. I haven't purchased any characters in awhile but he's certainly going to change that.

I think the skin tone is the same as SWA Goku, but the lack of shading on the muscleline makes it stand out more. It's still light years ahead of cheeto Goku from years back [emoji38]

I like the hair being shiny this time round, what with there being an actual reason for it this time (his first time in ssj3 against fat Buu showed the hair glowing)

Man, HLJ and AmiAmi don't have SS3 Goku available to add to cart. I guess I will wait til Japanese release date.
 
I would prefer normal Super Buu over any other form. Can match him up with either Gotenks or Ultimate Gohan.

I'd be curious how Tamashii Nations designs the different face options to switch them.

for all we know maybe that's what they were stuck on :lol but the only thing i can see besides whole heads, is maybe making the tentacle detachable and the other faces are heads without it? but will def be interesting to see what they can come up with

I would also prefer regular super buu but since they were asking which we would choose i chose buutenks lol I wonder if figurise standard will do super buu, may not be likely since they did kid buu though.
 
If I could choose only one Buu it would be Super Buu. Out of those two, I would want Buuhan the most but at the end of the day both must be released. I was so excited when I first saw those two since Super Buu is my favorite villain. Would be cool to see them tackle Evil Buu

Buutenks has the no-neck design that I imagine would have been used for Super Buu as well but it's been, what, 3 years since that design? I'm sure Tamashii Nations has come up with an upgraded design. Maybe a multijointed articulated neck?

Super Buu would be ideal from Figure-Rise considering the scale is bigger than S.H.Figuarts.

He's got love. Just never seen a prototype or any indication that he'll be released soon. We have Kid Buu in Figuarts Zero and Super Buu in Figuarts Zero EX.

I've been excited for Super Saiyan 4 Goku for 3 years. He's been a cocktease all that time. The Figuarts Zero EX has helped with that tremendously but I'm still holding out hope on an update sculpt reveal for S.H.Figuarts.

Don't even remind of of that majestic SSJ4 Goku. I'm glad we didn't get it back then with the outdated tech but my patience has been growing thin. I'd say there's a very good chance we'll get him along with some forms of Buu this year or the beginning of next. With the Buu Saga airing, this is the best time to capitalize on that

if they do show off ss4 goku soon i hope that they stick with rounded knee joints vs knee caps, the knee caps are a nice attempt but i feel unless it's sculpted all the way through (like broly or the model kits) it looks strange when bent and doesnt look quite perfect when straight, the rounded knee joints are the best way to go for baggy pants imo if they dont want to spend time sculpting the joint all the way through.

I was thinking the same for figurise super buu, the bigger scale would ironically make him the proper height, as he's at the least a whole head taller than ultimate gohan, and also the figurise cell was the proper height too, although stylized to be more bulky. I wouldnt mind a fat buu either but i see it coming out as a figurise standard first.

All this talk getting me more hyped to build my kits haha someone mentioned that ss4 goku and vegeta could work for shf if you use the explanation that they are naturally that much bigger due to transformation lol That or just camera perspectives for pictures. I also realized the red kamehameha effect could be use for ss4 to make it look like the 10x kamehameha as well.
 
I just realized that SSJ3 Goku doesn't come with a generic, emotionless "looking straight ahead" facial expression.

That's kind of disappointing. I feel those are "mandatory" for all figures.
 
I know I wouldn't waste my money on Fat Buu. Hate him.

SS3 Got me super excited. You guys think we'll get a 2.0 Vegetto Blue?
 
We definitely will get SSB Vegito 2.0. All it requires is a repaint of the Goku mold and new bottom half and forearms for the gloves and boots respectively. Pop on a new head and done.

I could actually see them releasing two Vegito's. One only as SSB and another as normal and SSJ for their Buu Saga releases. Anything that can reuse molds and still be accurate will be exploited by Tamashii and rightly so
