Yes that's what I was thinking. I also thought the rebel cruiser was much larger but it looks great!

Has anyone gotten the EFX Vader helmet that's currently for PO on Sideshow yet? I've heard it's a very good collectible for the price, but I'd love to hear opinions of owners.

I have $240 in rewards points to burn so I'm thinking I might use it on either this (which makes it a cool $60), the Kylo Ren PF (although that still makes it $300) or maybe the new Stormtrooper PF when it comes up for order.

I'm not a 100% prop accurate guy, I just like my collectibles to look how they looked in the movie so I'm not worried about it not being fiberglass FYI.

Honestly, I have both the Limited fiberglass & this helmet (I didn't "technically" buy it... buuuut, until I GET the Biker Scout helmet? Yyyeeaaahhh. It was the "apology" helmet, as I call it).
I still vastly prefer the Limited fiberglass version (as soon as you touch it, it's just love ), but the PCR is a beautiful helmet too. Stick it on a stand on a shelf, & it'll control the room. Mine is at my cousins house, cause I don't need, nor do I have room for, two ANH Vader helmets. If you have little kids, they'll be able to wear it without having to hold it. Because of the weight of the fiberglass version, they always have to hold it with there hands. Visually?....it's crazy close to the fiberglass version. It's just a tad bigger, more shiny, & even more "cleaned up" & sharper than the Limited. But it still has a bit of wonkiness to it, like it's supposed to.
For $60, I'd get it. Go find a stand for it, an empty shelf, & you're all set.

Thanks for the feedback Rusty. Yea, I just planned on finding a stand and setting it on a shelf....and maybe once in a while trying it on just to remind my fiancé what a nerd I am

I think the plastic EFX Vader is a good piece, and a good deal even at full $300 retail. At $60? No brainer in my view, great looking helmet that could stand in for a Limited fiberglass helmet without many people even noticing. Owners included. Pretty crazy considering it's a quarter the price. I think it's the best licensed helmet you can buy for under $500.
