Yeah, really no advantages at all to being an international collector. I imagine they wouldn't even bother sending these out because the expiry date is so soon, it would likely take an extra few days for it to reach international countries. Probably would expire by the time they get to us.

If it's US to US, it's 30 cents plus 2.9%, more for international depending on the country I believe.
