Yeah i didn't really need her but i couldn't say no to $175 shipped plus rewards.

Watch, she'll probably be one of my favorite figures.:lol

I'm a little surprised by the lack of "closeouts" this year. When you look at HT SKUs like Mandarin, Jor-El and the Chitauri and realize they have been sitting on this same stale inventory for 3 years or so, you have to wonder why they are holding back on super deals on those. I would expect, sale price, plus coupon code, plus free shipping topped off with double/triple rewards as has been done in the past.

I much prefer the 45 onscreen to the 46. I don't like the 46 colouring. The 45 figure looks good, and purely on figure alone it is considered to be one of the best Iron Man figures out there. 46 likely won't be a step back (unlike the Mark III diecast), so it'll probably end up with good reviews too.

But if I was just getting one figure, didn't have one already, and was looking at what's coming out now or in the next couple of years, it would be the Mark VI next year.

One knock I have on the 45 is though the paint is amazing, the armor is cartoony and doesn't look as realistic as the 6. If that makes sense.

I agree, but I really have to blame DeBlasio for that. I saw a sharp decline in all that as soon as Bloomberg left. Wether you agree with his politics and methods or not, Gulliani vowed to clean up crime and the homeless, and he actually did. Bloomberg managed to keep all that going. I swear as soon as he left everything went down hill fast.

Yeah, I couldn't put my finger on what kept me from originally preordering it and you have said it, my friend. I do really only want one, maybe 2 iron man figures in my collection, so I have been taking my time in deciding.

We don't know who reported. We only know who complained in public. And it's easier to complain when you're a guy. At least I think so.

It has been slow in here since the gif ban. What this thread needs is more rp codes, come on sideshow, get cracking on releasing more codes so we can get more activity here.

Yep, Mark 6 "Is" Iron Man, or at least our movie perception of what he should be, if that makes sense.. (actually 4 is probably a better match)
