The amount of custom components people put out these days I'm sure someone will make an alternate head sculpt.

It does move side to side. If the head is on a ball joint like Boba Fett the only thing that prevents the Vader head from tilting down is his neck guard.

I think a Dremel would work to mod it.

It does move... but not that much... and with the collar, it cannot go down.
