Wonder if we will see different head sculpts for this figure down the road? Could become the next rehash with different head sculpts for army building? I think its a cool addition to the line and I'd be in for a couple.

Is it me, or the figures on this display are not regular 1/6 scale figures?
I can see some shoulder joint in the Cap, which is never seen in the regular 1/6 version thanks to the costume.

It's you. They are 1/6. And that's CW cap and his costume has a different design to allow better arm movement

Damn for a sculpt based on a character that was played by various movie extras, HT nailed it. Maybe it was worth the wait for HT to release this so late as technology caught up to them. Meaning if this idea was released say around the time of the Predator Dutch figure line, I'm sure it wouldn't have looked this accurate

King arts is really killing it with their ironmans. I know it's a different scale but Motuxmen do you know if that's Hot Toys biggest competition right now in Asia?

King arts is one of three really. Imaginarium and enterbay are the others. However Star ace is growing so it could be 4.

Thanks for the answer. I sure hope blitzway in the next year or so becomes a major competitor too. They're really stepping their game up right now.

I forgot about them. My bad. Them and 3a are in that same mix. But KA and IA have more diversified products so they have a bit more impact. Blitz way has high level of quality, and sculpts. There human figures are better then KA and Ia.

Yea I agree. And their just starting to get the bigger licenses which is great. That would make sense about KA. I'm really surprised Hot Toys hasn't tried to make the hammerdroids yet especially when another company is starting to. Thanks for the info!

So when you say HT is trying to time the 66 Batmobile with a fall release due to the 50th anniversary, is it likely this will finally debut for the Batman show in September, or is there another upcoming show in the fall?

In terms of quality I would say Blitzway are second after Hot Toys, their Fight Club and Ghost Busters protos are unreal!

It will go up when it's been approved by the factory and the licensor. They just estimate this fall and have target this year due to the increase interest generated by the additional products. If it's at a show really means nothing. They could have had the Proto at toy soul last December or Sdcc this year. But they thought it wouldn't do any good to show it and not have it ready again. As soon as it's approved it will go up for Po. If that's next week, or December is just a guess. They wanted to target this year and that's as narrow as they would estimate it. The fall is the current estimation but it's all dependent on the approval and production process.
