Not me, but there's really only many times I should say "dumb pose". I think most naysayers just said their piece and moved on ;p Some may have been converted but I wouldn't really take naysayer silence at this point as people all of a sudden love this :|

Yeah, the "quiet time" before a product releases is usually the time the people excited for something pop in an out. Those "naysayers" will be back around the release time for this and will be gone just as quick. Then in a year from now, the few people who regret missing out will be in here gawking at everybody's pictures

The only people I see regretting anything about that is the deal with $240 off, it is by all accounts considerably worse in hand than the production and it was never great there.

Sorry, but not me.
I wanted that piece in my collection but SS failed to deliver. They postponed the release but didn't bother to address any of the inaccuracies. I was done at that time. Called to cancel and got my deposit back.
Thank goodness because the actual delivered product doesn't look like what SS was claiming to be "production" pics.

I can guarantee you won't find me regretting not buying it.

Bad example, I'm sat looking at it right now and it deserved most of the criticism it got... Branding people as naysayers doesn't really help, and besides, that one never had a quiet period.

I placed my order for lord vader after getting 10% off. I dont forseee this getting discounted more then 10% anyway. I definately didnt want to pass now and regret only getting double rewards or free shipping in the future. 10% off plus the 5% rp earned is a pretty good deal- 15% of savings

The 5% RP is from whatever balance is remaining after the 10%, or basically the amount that's charged, so it'll be a little less than the full RP advertised on the page before discounts, but nevertheless, it is still a great deal!
