It's coming along fantastically well! The base from the Saint Seiya DX Stage was a great idea. The added rock formation along the sides and in the corner blend in nicely. (Great work on them.) I really like the placement of the red obitsu effects. (I have a set that I'm planning for my Super Saiyan 4 Goku display in the future.) The use of the impact effect is different and I like that a lot. Please post some pictures of the final display, I would really like to see how it turns out with the figures!

@Spiked if you dont care about resell value you could solve really easily: glue it stuck. I did this with my saiyan saga vegeta who had the same problem, and you barely lose any articulation, because you can spin the waste on the top connection of the extandable joint, and any other articulation than turning wasn't really there anyway... I had forgot, if this hadn't reminded me of it. To be sur, check if you can twist the round part inside his torso, if you can you can drop some glue in there and done. Convenience of a fairly useless doublejointed part imo.

It's not bad but it's usual modded-SSJ Goku head we see where they clipped off some of the bangs. Personally, I'd prefer something more accurate and a brand new mold.

I'd hope they'd pair it with a new Goku body mold as well.

At this point, I don't even care about getting Majin Vegeta since they're not doing him as far as I can see... but I'd LOVE a SS2 Goku. It's the most appearance of Goku merchandise in the series.

I really appreciate the kind words. Believe it or not, the base is actually carved from styrofoam; along with the other rock formations. The grass is some cheap plastic stuff I found on eBay. I just painted it a different color.

Why Tamashii has not made an SSJ2 Goku is beyond me, they love their endless Gokus. We all know it, they all know it.

At this point, I don't even care about getting Majin Vegeta since they're not doing him as far as I can see... but I'd LOVE a SS2 Goku. It's the most appearance of Goku merchandise in the series.

Oh they'll get to it, they're just taking their sweet time. He's too important and iconic of a Buu Saga character to not make. They already have the body for him as SSJ3 Vegeta showed. As for SSJ2 Goku, we'll surely see him whenever they deliver Majin. Too easy to not do. Next year's the best bet for seeing the Buu Saga releases we all want.

I hope Tamashii eventually decides to go far into making characters from the original Dragon Ball (they already have a Kid Goku prototype shown). It's still my favorite series out the lot. Some characters I would love to see from Tamashii:

Master Roshi
Bulma
Yamcha
Tienshinhan
Demon King Piccolo

To be honest desert bandit Yamcha would be more appealing to me than his DBZ iteration in figure form. Tienshinhan isn't so different in each series apart from his attire.
